RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to assist buyers if they have questions after receiving their merchandises. Any matter regarding product should be contacted within 3 days upon receiving the package. We want our customer to be happy with their purchase if, for any reason you would like to return or exchange merchandise, please email us onemistyway@aol.com within 7 business days upon receiving merchandise. RMA#(Return merchandise number) is issued for any return/exchange transaction. Buyer is responsible for any shipping incurred for any exchange/return transaction.
For undeliverable or incorrect address transaction buyer is responsible for actual reshipping fee or refund less s/h and 5% restocking fee (to cover Amazon payment processing fee) will be posted for canceled transaction.
EXCHANGE: Full credit applied toward next purchase. Credit is valid for 120 days from its issue date. Buyer is responsible for price difference and shipping fee for an exchange.
RETURN: It is buyer's responsibility to get merchandise to us in order for us to process buyer's request. Please allow 3 business days for refund to be issued to you upon receiving return merchandise provided item is in its original resellable condition. There is 9% restocking fee applied toward any return and S/h is not refundable. All items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. No return is accepted for international orders.
