We want our customer to be happy with their purchase if, for any reason you would like to return or exchange merchandise, please email us onemistyway@aol.com within 7 business days upon receiving merchandise. RMA#(Return merchandise number) is issued for any return/exchange transaction. Buyer is responsible for any shipping incurred for any exchange/return transaction.
For undeliverable or incorrect address transaction buyer is responsible for actual reshipping fee or refund less s/h. 5% restocking fee (to cover Amazon payment processing fee) will be posted for canceled transaction.
